Applicants for the Senior School at Year 7 undergo the ISEB Common Pre-Tests, which evaluate skills in English, mathematics, and both verbal and non-verbal reasoning. Candidates also complete a creative writing exercise and participate in an informal group interview. In the Prep School, pupils joining Years 5 and 6 sit formal assessments in English and mathematics, while those entering between Years 1 and 4 participate in informal assessments during a welcome morning. All admissions decisions are supported by a confidential reference from the student's current headteacher.
