About Girls' Day Schools Trust

The Girls' Day School Trust (GDST) is the UK's leading network of independent girls' schools and the country's largest single educator of girls. Founded in 1872 to provide affordable, high-quality day education for girls, the Trust now educates approximately 20,000 pupils across a family of over 20 schools. As a registered charity, the GDST reinvests all its income back into its schools to pioneer innovations in girls' learning and provide extensive bursary and scholarship programmes.
